Sharon Ricketts is a licensed Realtor who has worked with Donna since 1999. A leader and an important part of the team, Sharon has experience in all areas of real estate. Hard-working and intelligent, Sharon has a keen eye for logistics. She has worked with numerous buyer relocations locally, within Canada, and internationally. She has a creative side for property listing presentations. Sharon has worked with Donna on many projects, including three subdivision developments in the Annapolis Valley, numerous new construction facilitations, and personal home constructions. Sharon’s top-notch communication skills and patient nature are a true asset to her clients, and she is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the same services we would all want for our family members. As a lifelong resident of the Valley, she knows the communities, schools, and amenities, firsthand. She attended school in Kentville and still resides in the Town of Kentville with her husband Pat.  They are both kind and modest volunteers who have given countless volunteer hours to the Kentville Fire Department. Sharon and Pat are proud parents to Jessica and grandparents to Elie and Natalie.

Eric Cederberg is a communications professional and storyteller based in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. With a background in sports communications, marketing, and digital media, he is known for creating engaging content that connects organizations with their communities. After retiring from a 30-year career with Acadia University’s Department of Athletics, he is excited to be working in a new and dynamic field. Eric is Donna Conrad RE/MAX Advantage's real estate photographer and videographer, while also managing Donna’s social media presence. He focuses on creating high-quality visual content and maintaining a strong online presence that showcases properties and connects with the local community. He is enjoying this next chapter and the opportunity to continue working, learning, and contributing in a fresh and exciting industry.
